• Comply with all applicable import/export, customs, and transportation regulations

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change based on fuel prices, carrier fees, government tariffs, or unforeseen circumstances. Final pricing will be confirmed upon booking and may include additional surcharges.

4. Liability and Limitations

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety and timely delivery of your goods, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, strikes, or third-party carriers

• Loss or damage to goods resulting from improper packaging or labeling by the customer

• Indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of profit

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount set by applicable international conventions unless declared and insured otherwise.

5. Insurance

Cargo insurance is not automatically included in our services. We recommend customers arrange appropriate insurance or request coverage through us in advance. Failure to insure goods is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, graphics, and other elements on our website are the intellectual property of Golden Sands Logistics and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified (typically 7–30 days) unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. Clients are responsible for any bank or currency transfer fees.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Golden Sands Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
